1. Scope of Services

Italy Within Reach provides travel advising and itinerary planning services only. Our services include research, planning, and recommendations related to travel in Italy, such as destinations, timing, transportation strategies, lodging suggestions, and cultural context. We do not book or manage reservations on behalf of clients.

2. No Booking or Agency Relationship

Italy Within Reach is not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking service. We do not purchase, reserve, or ticket flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, or services. Clients are solely responsible for making and managing all bookings and reservations.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Booking all travel, accommodations, and services

• Verifying prices, availability, and policies

• Ensuring passports, visas, insurance, and documentation are valid

• Complying with airline, lodging, and local regulations

All travel decisions and bookings are made at the client’s discretion.

4. Travel Risks and Changes

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, strikes, weather events, health issues, and changes in local conditions. Italy Within Reach is not responsible for disruptions, losses, or changes that occur before or during travel.

5. Travel Insurance

We may provide general information about travel insurance, but we do not sell insurance or act as insurance agents. The decision to purchase insurance, and the choice of coverage, rests entirely with the client.

6. Revisions

Each itinerary includes one round of revisions unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional revisions or expanded scope may be offered at our discretion and may involve additional fees.

7. Fees and Payment

Fees are agreed upon before work begins and are based on trip length and complexity. Payment terms will be communicated in advance. Work begins once payment is received, unless otherwise stated.

8. No Guarantees

While Italy Within Reach provides thoughtful, informed recommendations, we make no guarantees regarding availability, pricing, quality, or outcomes of travel services or experiences. Recommendations are advisory only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Italy Within Reach shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, expense, or inconvenience arising from travel decisions, bookings, or experiences, including those based on our recommendations.

10. Intellectual Property

All written materials, itineraries, and content provided by Italy Within Reach are for the client’s personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

Italy Within Reach reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The version posted on our website at the time services are provided governs the relationship.
